Alexis discovered CrossFit in 2018 when she came across a video of a few athletes doing a metcon (the part of a workout that gets the heart rate up!). She was quick to look up CrossFit and watched a plethora of videos of athletes doing insane workouts that she had never seen before. As a new year goal, she told herself she would try something new in her fitness routine and give CrossFit a try, even though she was really nervous.
She immediately fell in love with training in a way that is constantly challenging her and making her stronger. What made it even better was the community and family she found at AIO. Those who surround her continue to make her a better person and athlete, and she couldn’t have asked for a better team.
Alexis is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Holistic Nutritionist. Her passion has always been in fitness and health and loves to continue to learn new things about both. She truly loves to share her knowledge and work alongside people to make them happier, confident, and strong.
