If you are new to CrossFit or fitness, don’t fret!  We specialize in training beginners of all ages and abilities.  We will ensure you remain safe while taking into consideration your current level of fitness.  At our Free Intro Session, we will get to know you and then recommend the best program for you to meet your goals and have an awesome experience with us.

If you aren’t new to CrossFit or fitness, let’s say hello and figure out how best we can help you.  

Here are some tips to make your first experience that much more enjoyable:

  • Wear athletic clothing and bring a pair of dry clean athletic shoes.
  • Bring a water bottle and a small towel.
  • We have cubbies in open gym space for you to place your belongings.  You are also welcome to bring a lock and use our day lockers.
  • If you intend to shower after your workout, bring toiletries and a towel.
